The season may be over but that doesn’t mean the training stops ! Keep active during the break and push yourself to get fitter and improve your footballing skills so that you are ready to start the new season a fitter and better player than what you were in the last!
We have designed a training programme for all of our up an coming stars of the future to continue their footballing progression, including a new app on the way where parents can log their child’s times etc on a daily basis so they can see their improvement over the weeks.
Players can train as much or as little as they like to try to improve on their performances from day to day, week to week. Training data can also be logged on the ERSDA website if you prefer not to have the app installed.
The training exercises we have provided are only intended as a guide, feel free to alter any of them to suit, the main point of the new training feature is to keep the kids active and help them to improve and challenge themselves to be the best they can be! but most of all we want them to have fun and enjoy taking part.
