Use the ERSDA Training App to track your hard work in real time:

⚡ Push-ups for upper-body strength

⚽ Keepy ups for skill & focus

🌀 Other drills — anything else that keeps you moving

Each entry brings your training journey to life — simple to log, and powerful to see grow.

👥 Train with a Mate

Got someone at home who can help? Ask them to:

Count your push-ups or keepy ups

Keep you honest with form (and maybe friendly banter)

Or challenge a teammate — see who logs the most by next week. Friendly competition keeps it fun!



📲 How to Use the App

  • Head to the ERSDA Training App page
  • Tap Choose which training you’d like to do
  • Take note of how long you train on the drill chosen, or how many reps you complete
  • Click on the my training/Achievments on the main menu
  • Enter your reps, runs, or times
  • Save — and keep building that record
