Football takes endurance to be able to run around the pitch so to build your endurance and stamina try going on a longer run. You can run around the outside of a football pitch which is around 300 metres or maybe run around the block where you live and have your parent time you, or better still …. get your parent to run along with you!

Try and beat your time each time you do it and log your times in the training log. 🏃

Before you go on your run, tell an adult where you are going and avoid crossing any roads.
